Honestly, I think I started with a pace I can maintain. Sleep, exercise and time with family and friends are like important book ends to keep us from overwork and help our pacing. But people are wired differently. I think some people naturally work with bursts of frenetic energy and chaos and others are more plodding. I'm plodding but I do get hyperfocused.
