Dear Readers,
I am deeply grateful for your reviews of Scarlet Yearnings. Your insights and reflections not only warm my heart but also inspire me to continue writing stories that resonate.
This is a confession.
I must confess, though, that I feel a twinge of imposter syndrome each time I receive a review. I find myself diving into the other reviews by that reader just to make sure they're not being overly generous with everyone.

The validation is uplifting, but the shock of being seen and celebrated for what I feared would be flawed leaves me awestruck.
Readers love my stories.
Imagine my surprise and joy when a recent review from Fatima Gul, who rarely bestows five stars, made me think, 'Darn it, my stories must be good!'
The book’s strength lies in its diversity of narratives and characters. From tender, unspoken confessions to fiery, all-consuming romances, each tale offers a unique perspective on the spectrum of love and desire. The authors of these stories have masterfully captured the raw emotions that accompany love, whether it’s the aching pain of unrequited affection, the bittersweet joy of a fleeting connection, or the intense intimacy of a lifelong bond.
The prose throughout the collection is both evocative and lyrical. The vivid imagery and poignant language immerse readers in the characters’ worlds, making their joys and sorrows feel profoundly real. — Fatima Gul
This and all my other reviews remind me of the beauty of connecting through stories and delight me in the generosity of humans who tune in and offer a response. They encourage me to believe in the worth of my words, reminding me that the stories I pour my heart into are not just heard but felt—and that has power.
It completes me.

I rarely give negative or lukewarm reviews. Firstly, I don’t tend to read bad or mediocre content, and second, if I can’t say something good, I might as well not say it.
However, I will comment on oddities of plausibility or possibility. If something is impossible or wrong in a story, I’ll mention it.
I like your stories because you somehow hook out the emotion and hold it up for the reader to touch. I can’t really explain the feeling but your stories are far more than the plots and the characters and the beats.
